Step 1: Safari settings

Open Settings on your iPhone
Go to Safari → Location
Select Ask or Allow (not “Deny”)
Return here and tap Try again

Step 2: Location Services

Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services
Find Safari Websites
Select Ask Next Time, While Using the App, or When I Share (not “Never”)
Return here and tap Try again

Chrome doesn’t seem to be installed. You can install it and try again, or continue in Safari.

Tip: If you previously tapped “Don’t Allow”, iOS may not show the prompt again until the setting is changed.
